Our Trainers do not stand and lecture you and your staff. They are all carefully selected and trained to be able to interact with their delegates, to get their message across. We make training fun - and when your staff have fun they will learn.
We have all sat through boring seminars where the lecturer just reads the words from the screen. Makes you lose the will to live… Our feeling is, there is nothing to be gained by this. All our trainers are very experienced practitioners in their fields and have a wealth of practical knowledge and an abundance of real life examples. We use a range of teaching aids, video, MS PowerPoint and practical examples.
Our trainers for the nursing/care division are all trained nurses of many years experience. Our senior nursing trainer is trained & certificated by DRH Associates.

All the above are referenced to the appropriate legislation without getting bogged down in unnecessary detail. We teach your staff what legal responsibilities they have and what they need to know to do their job safely Many of these courses are accepted by the CITB as grant worthy.
