All trainers are not the same - ours do not stand and lecture you and your staff. They are carefully trained to be able to interact with their delegates, to get their message across. We make training FUN – and when your staff have fun they will learn.
We have all sat through boring seminars where the lecturer just stands and reads the words from the screen. Doesn’t it make you lose the will to live… And don’t make the mistake of thinking that because your staff have sat through a powerpoint show they have been trained…
Our feeling is, there is nothing to be gained by this. All our trainers are very experienced practitioners in their fields and have a wealth of practical knowledge and an abundance of real life examples.
All our courses are referenced to the appropriate legislation without getting bogged down in unnecessary detail. Quite simply, we teach your staff the basics of their legal responsibilities and concentrate on what they NEED to know to do their job safely.
